Ask a specific question
Use /ask <question> to ask Atlas, or /atlas as the alternate entry point. Tell Atlas which system you are using and what you want to do next.
Atlas can follow a short recent conversation. Use /ask clear to clear that conversation. It receives your explicit questions rather than all public Minecraft chat.
When to use other help
Use /tutorial for the newcomer walkthrough. For appeals, payment questions or a bug requiring staff action, use /discord and the appropriate support ticket.
